Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

About three weeks ago I had an annulment, and I was wondering how long does it take for the court (or the state of Texas) to take the marriage off record?

Not sure what you mean "take the marriage off record". As far as I am aware there is still going to be a paper trail. It will just include the record that the marriage ended in an annulment now.
