"My wife is leaving me for a guy that threaten her life in the past and sent me emails about her being a hooker to make me leave her but now my wife is leaving with the kids to him and i want to know if i can get full custody of my 2 kids"

You should file for divorce tomorrow morning and ask for a temporary restraining order that will prevent Mom from taking the kids. You should also asked for temporary orders that would award you full custody of the children.
