Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

if my wife and I have been separated for over a year now and there is a child involved (7 yrs), and there isn't any orders that are set in place. when we do finally go to court. what are my chances of getting joint custody. especially being that during the school week, all year long, and is with me from 3pm till whenever she decides to get off which it has been at least by 830pm or later. he gets fed, I help him finish home work, and also teach him math & science. and does she have the right to say I'm not welcome at her residents where he basically just sleeps. because he is at school from 730am till the time I pick him up at 3 and goes to bed at 9-930. so really I believe that I except on weekends spend more time with my son. and as far as weekends go, she will let me see him when it's convenient for her. and thats only for Saturday. I have only had him on a Sunday once since we have been separated, that's because she will say that she can't of

and won't go to church without him. but will let him go stay in Austin with her mom on a Sunday and she will be here. please I know this is a lot to take in, but this is only for starters. that to let me know what I can do or what I shouldn't be doing.

thanks

You are going to get joint managing conservatorship. The question is who, if anyone, will pay child support to whom.

You need a good family law attorney. You might have a case for primary managing conservatorship. That would be a big win for you!!
