Why would a woman file for divorce no children, when she had 2 children during the course of the marriage, and has sworn the children are her husband's. They have been separated for 3yrs.

No idea what she was doing or just looked at the difference in filing fees for divorce with and without children and decided to take the cheaper route.

Whether the kids belong to the husband or not doesn't matter at this stage. The court needs to be made aware of the kids and either the husband needs custodial rights and support obligations established or for paternity to be adjudicated not to be the husband and custodial rights need to be established with the biological father, if known.

If you are the husband asking the question then you need to hire yourself a divorce attorney to help you with this. The last thing you want is to end up ordered to pay support on kids that don't belong to you. You might care about those kids but if you lose a job in the future and can't pay the support then you could end up in a bad place financially to support kids that somebody else should be supporting.
