Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Several years ago I moved out of my parents home at 17 with my infant daughter. I didn't trust a babysitter so I let he stay with them when Iwas working. They pressured me into letting them have her. Years later I wanted her back, they filed a restraining order and took me to court, and with lies in an affidavit, a judge on their side, they pressured me to sign over my parental rights and they in return would not sue for chiold support. Now the family has gone downhill, they are gewtting divirced and CPS is involved. They adopted her the day they made me sign my rights over. Is there any way to get her back now?

Probably not. You might file an original action under Section 102.004 of the Texas Family Code as a relative within the third degree of consanguinity. But having given up your legal rights, that would probably fai. I don't mean to be harsh, but when you sold your child to them, you lost all rights to the child forever.
