Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

i have gone through a divorce recently. during the process i was told by my now ex-husband that if i brought up the house in court he would not sign the divorce papers. currently the house, water purification system, and loan for the closing costs when we bought the house, are in his possesion but are all in my name. what can i legally do to get these things out of my name. i don't care where they go or whose name they go into i just don't want it to ruin my credit when he is the one using and occupying the house and using the things bought for the house.

anything you can suggest would help. me and my current husband are to the point to where we just want this to go away and are tired of these things holding us back.

thanks in advance...

If you have a divorce decree, and it was signed more than 30 days ago, then you're stuck with whatever is in the decree (with a few exceptions, such as undisclosed property).
