Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Employer underpayment

I went from contract labor, to a fulltime employee with benifits, but a reduction in pay. As soon as the program was complete I was layed off, never receiving any of the benifits. Now the employer refused to pay for the ins, payed vacation and bonises for travel. I got was a decrease in pay for the time I did work.
