Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Liability from an at fault auto accident

I was involved in an at fault auto accident while on company business in a company car. My company has liability insurance to cover me and has hired a lawyer to represent me. My question is can I be held liable personaly under any circumstance? If a settlement is reached in this suit can they then come back on me?
