Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

Moved in with the daughter of a mom that has rent houses.it didn't work out basically because of the mom. the daughter and me are still dating but i moved out because her mom and i didn't see eye to eye. i stopped paying the bills but left some valubles in the garage with the permission of the daughter and the mom just rid of all my stuff. lots of valuble items. do i have a case. very upset. patrick san antonio,tx

Yes, you have a case. Sue her for conversion (the civil form of "theft").

I assume that she never gave you any notice of the sale of your stuff.
