Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I plan to report an individual that lied in order to get me fired from a very lucrative sales position, to the FBI, IRS and State of California for placing illegal sports bets with a bookie and then failing to pay the appropriate federal and state taxes on his winnings. As part of this I plan to send him an email that simply details my motivation for this act without any form of threat or insinuation of a threat.

Am I at risk of being charged with harassment or defamation or anything else related to sending him this email?

I would be hard pressed to think of many worse ways for you to respond to what happened, especially if the story about the betting is untrue.
