Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

pleading the 5th ?

I wanted to know how can I get out of court I was supeened ( or however you spell it by two of my friends and i am disabled so i have no way of getting around can i plead the 5th ?

Disabled? call the lawyer who supoenaed you...discuss it...no you cannot plead the 5th..unless you committed a crime
