responsibility for payment of electrical report in an apartment

Should I as a renter be held responsible for cost of repair to electrical system in my apartment complex?

It might depend on what type of repairs were made and why they were necessary, if at all. Generally, minor repairs can be your cost and more serious repairs would be the landlords cost, assuming the need arose after you moved in and not before.
