Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
Unethicl business
A real estate company called us to install grass at a property that they were about to do the closing on. We did the work, in the mean time one of the other sub contracters tore up anther area which needed grass also. The real estate broker took my business letter head and invoice copyed it and made a estimate of the addtional grass and cost on it without my permission and submitted to the title company. And the estimate not even right, do I have legal recorse.

This is certainly fraud on the part of the broker and may even be commercial slander. I don't know how much it would be worth to you though.
