Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I won a lawsuit against a local bank. They were holding vehicle titles to a Tractor-Trailer that were not cross-collateralized with a corporate loan I had. This lawsuit took 6 months to resolve and I was unable to work the truck and trailer. Am I entitled to lost wages and attorney fees?

If you won the lawsuit, you are entitled to whatever damages the Judge (or jury) gave you.
