Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

My boyfriend got into an argument with a border patrol officer when crossing from the border from Mexico to the US. They removed his student and tourist visa.

Is there something that can be done to fix this? What if we want to get married and I want to get him his residence so we can live together? Also, I think there is a chance that going through Ciudad Juarez it can be fixed, do you think is possible? Or perhaps asking for forgiveness, I mean he didnt do anything illegal.

Thanks

Your boyfriend has big problems.

And, if he does not hire a very good immigration lawyer to defend him in this process, he may not ever be able to receive another US visa, including one based on marriage, and he may be ordered removed from the US. I would need more information.

Did CBP allow him to re-enter the US?

If yes, did they Parole him in?

What was the argument about?

What did they charge him with as to the violation that they alleged he committed in order to revoke/remove/or void his Visa?

Did they serve him with a Notice to Appear (NTA)?

There are many more questions that need to be asked and a ton of research to be performed in order to advise him as to what can be done and to help him and this will not be cheap or easy.

Your boyfriend will need to hire a very qualified immigration defense attorney to assist him.
