Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Childbirth
Is it Leagal for a Mexican woman, while sleeping around, got pregnat in Mexico and being told to cross the border on her 6th month so she can give birth in Texas, or induce an early pregnecy, so that she can collect money from an American and his insurance benifits including alimoney?
