Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

deportation appeal

i was deported twice from usa- 1- for drug traffic 2- for been in the usa illegally due to my mother health condition which it was review by the judge. now i would like to know if there is any way to come back to the usa thru any legal way possible at this. the 2 time deported it was only a reinstated deportation order from the 1 time dated 04/2000 but im confused because the deportation order is mark as fallow ''at any time because you have been found inadmissible or excludable under section 212 of the act. or deportable under section 241 or 237 of the act, and ordered deported or removed from the usa, and you have been convicted of a crime designated as an aggravated felony. thanks in advance for your advise and if any form is needed to be filed please indicate the form #
