Divorced and Immigration Process??
Hello i really dont know how this things work. Ok I came here in US back in 12/02 on a fiancee visa got married & had kid together.I been PR since 4/04,I filed for divorce 5/07 we got our divorced final in 2/08.
My question is : when & would i be eligible to apply for citizenship?
