Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

if my husband lived in the USA for over 12 years went back to mexico for an emergency reason and tryed coming back then got a 5 yr punishment from immigration can i still put in a petition for him and pay an extra fee for him to get his green card ?

It is not that simple.

Petitions and Waivers need to be prepared and filed first, then approved, and then, consular processing would take place.

It will take a few years of work, and it is an expensive process, but it can be accomplished.

Also, if he comes back to the US without permission and gets caught again, the penalty goes up and will eventually become a permanent bar, so it is good that you are asking these questions, rather than him acting foolishly, as many people do, and they get caught again.
