I want to marry my mexican boyfriend. He lives here in San Antonio but his visa is expired. What do I need to do? Will I be able to marry him here?

More likely than not, you can move forward with the marriage and subsequently file for his petition and adjustment of status. However, before you file, you should consult with an immigration lawyer to ensure there are no technical issues that need to be resolved.
