Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

In my passport imigration oficer mark I-327 need but i returned back to US within 10 months.and my paln to comeback with in 6 months for my next visit to US so, it means that i need i-327 for my next entry.

I understand that you are a US permanent resident (have a green card) who doesn't live in USA, but lives abroad.

As a US permanent resident, you are required to establish your permanent residence in the United States. Next time, when you apply for admission to the USA on the border or at the airport, the CBP officer can try to deny your admission if they have reasons to believe that you are actually living abroad and only visit the US every 6 months or so.

I suggest you consult a lawyer before departing the USA.
