I want to apply for asylum as i am not safe in india,i did inter caste love marriage and my In laws were not ready for this marriage because we both are from different religions. This is far too complicated a question for a free forum. After you enter the U.S., you should schedule a consultation with an immigration attorney experienced in political asylum cases (not all are, so do your research).

Every State has a Bar Association that can provide you with a referral, & most counties within the State should have a local Bar Association as well. You should not try to file a case like this yourself, but be careful of who you hire to represent you.

Best of luck.
