Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I will soon be in the process of fixing my legal status, the process of my legalization will be through my brother who is a lawful permanent resident he will petition my dad, then my dad will petition me. I want to know if I get married in the court of Pasadena, Tx will it slower the process?

You do not mention your age, however, if you get married, you restrict the option of being petitioned by your dad. If your fiance is a USC, he should petition for you.

Yes, if married - your permanent resident father will not be able to petition for a married son or daughter. How old are you?

You didn't explain when and on what visa did you come to USA. If you came without any visa, then your situation is more difficult and may require you to go abroad to apply for a visa whenever a visa number is available.
