Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas

I was in an accident but did not have insurance. No one was ok injured but the other party went to the doctor a week later complaining of soreness. The person checked out ok. What is the most I can be held responsible for?

Injuries caused by accident according to Injured person and his doc if your negligence caused the injuries. You owe for pain, impairment, wage loss and medical. Call injured and tell them you have no insurance.
