Broken lease
I want to find out if i can still rent an apartment if i broke a lease? I broke the lease because a neighbor was spitting on my door and managent wouldnt do anything about it, he would do it even when my small children were outside playing please help can i still rent an apartment?

Yes. Was there an eviction? If so, it will be much more difficult. Landlords want to see a good rental history. Be honest and upfront when meeting with the apt. manager. Explain what happened, and demonstrate that you were a good tenant. Good luck.
