Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
My car was towed from my apartment parking space because the inspection sticker was expired. I was not contacted personally by my landlord or or any one else as required by the new Texas Trans Code 684.0125 HB560.
I requested the hearing provided under the statute and the towing Co. and complex management reps did not submit any proof of personal contact within 10 days.
The JP ruled in favor of the towing Co. What can I do at this point?

If your deadline has not expired, and you included the apartment complex, file an appeal to County Court At Law.
