Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas

Failure to diagnose, the exploitation.

My doctor did not diagnose severe clinical depression for 9 months. Even though I had all the symptoms. He had me on an addictive medication (after asking specifically not to have one, he told me it wasn't) while on this medication he took sexual advantage of me. Now, almost two years later and after extensive therapy, I am able to see the damage he has done. I turned him in to the state medical board, but don't have the money for a civil suit. What can I do? Any one in the West Texas area interested? The medical Board has investigated and is on my side, I have to testify before the board soon.

thank you
