Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Auto Accident

I was in a car accident and the driver didn't have insurance. My insurance company is going after the other driver for the damages. How do I go about getting my personal damages taken care of?

Re: Auto Accident

If an uninsured motorist causes more than a specific amount of damages in auto accident, you can seek to have the person's license suspended if s/he fails to pay for the damages. Also, you may be able to file against your own policy depending on what kind of coverage you have. Because most personal injury attorenys will review your case for you for free, I suggest you meet with an attorney to discuss your case. Feel free to call if you you'd like to discuss.
