Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

What is the definition for "failure to render aid"? Does the law apply only to public accidents, or home accidents as well?

Is it against the law to move the body of a non responsive person from one residence to another without calling 911?

Can anything legally be done when this happens and the non responsive person dies? Would this be a civil or criminal case?

Probably only a civil case unless more is involved. and such action could mean the homeowner's insurance would have to pay if any damages were caused by the homeowner..
