Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

falling glass

While dining out I was struck in the head with a glass that fell from a balcony above my head. I was outside and the balcony was in a local hotel. I have lost work, have suffered recurring nightmares and have visible scares on my arm and forehead. Please advise, what are my rights?

Re: falling glass

Your rights really depend upon all of the facts surrounding the incident (i.e. where did the glass actually come from - did someone throw it?; were you a customer of the hotel or passing by, etc.). I would recommend that you contact an attorney to look into all of the facts and properly advise you. From what you present, there appears to be damages. The question is liability.

Was this in Texas or Alabama? If Alabama, contact my office and I might be able to help you. I handle a lot of personal injury cases similar to this one.

Thanks and God Bless.
