Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I have filed a claim with Walmart because I was injured in their store. They claim I have to give them my Medicare info by law even though I did not get medical attention. Is this correct ?

No medical equals no claim for personal injury, so why not tell them you have no claim. They are a responsible reporting entity (RRE) under medicare and are obligated to reimburse medicare if you got medical care which medicare paid. Not necessary if property damage only, but you have no leverage. Walmart will probably not pay.
