liability of children and parents

At what age is a child liable for his actions? In other words, if a child injures someone or damages their property, at what age can the child be sued?

At what age of the child is a parent liable for the child's actions?

Re: liability of children and parents

I would need more information regarding the incident, but a child can be sued as well as the parents. Under the Family Code, a parent can be responsible for the child's actions.
