Lots of decisions when windy: Stay off the road; Reduce speed; Lower center of gravity of load; Change pressure in tires relative to load. Also, FMCSR deals with driving when there are environmental factors to consider. If you do not have aq lawyer, you will lose, or get a pittance. They have no mercy. Hire someone you trust and he can hire a professional to reconstruct. Investigation, Investigation. Troopers notes. Inspection of wreckage, Preservation of drivers logs. Best wishes.
