i was rear ended by a pickup truck traveling app.60mph,i was driving a city owned tractor,i was taken to local hospital xrayed and told i could work unless i was in pain.i have bad pain in my neck/back/chest/leg,numbness in my L.arm/hand,severe headache since accident,what should i do?
