Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Not Sure how the stroke started at work but I fell at about 4 feet high landing knees straight creating shock to my brain which hurted, i continued to work not knowing my right side was going hemiparesis. While driving a forklift what I thought was the brakes turned out to be the gas and I wrecked into a vehicle. Then I started to try to walk to my truck and fell on my knees. My employers never reported any of the incidents and the hospital was not aware of any possible trauma. I am looking for a lawyer, but what I have just described will this be Personal Injury, or workers comp lawyer?

It depends on whether or not your employer is a non-subscriber to worker's comp. More information is needed.

Probably Not either one since a stroke is generally not caused by the work. In other words, your injury was what is called an idiopathic circumstance and is not noncompensable, nor is there a personal injury claim, since there was no one's negligence that caused it, based upon the facts that you have given: " Not sure how the stroke started at work." sorry
