Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My father died, leaving an unregistered will where he left his house to me. I have paid all taxes and have been living there over 20 years. All 10 of my siblings, expect one, have signed papers stating they agree the house is mine. Can I still submit the papers to court to finalize the house as being mine without the one signature?

You would have to show that there is a good reason that the will wasn't submitted to court within four years from the date of death. Otherwise, you might be able to get clear title to the house by means of adverse possession. This is very expensive. Why won't the one sibling sign off?
