Release Form Question

Hello - my brother and i inherited some property from my mother when she died. i want to sign over my rights to him. i need some advice as to which form i should order and do i need to have it notarized? thanks for your help

The answer depends on the status of the estate. Did your mother have a will? Were there debts of the estate? When did she die? Was she married? Are there any other children? What all property was in the estate?
