rental lease contract

A tenant signs a lease with a landlord, lease expires, landlord does not ask tenant to renew. Landlord sells building, new owners do not ask tenant to renew.

-Is tenant bound by lease agreement with new landlord?

The buyer takes the land subject to leases they are aware of, but you don't appear to have a lease. You appear to have a tenancy at will, under which you could simply give notice and go. But you should talk with and attorney about the details to make sure you do things properly.
