Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I am separated from my husband since 2011. I walked away and gave him the house under mortgage in both of our names. Can I sell him my part of the house or gift it to have my name removed from the mortgage?

No. You're on the mortgage until the house is refinanced, sold or paid off. It doesn't matter if you deed out your ownership interest, that just makes matters much, much worse for you.
