spouse added to name on deed

WE have been married 10 years. our home still has his deceased wife's name on the deed. home has no mortage any longer. how can we get my name on it???

Most likely, you can use an affidavit of heirship to clear the deceased's name from the property, and as evidence of title in the deceased's heirs. After that, those who inherit from the deceased can deed their interest to you, placing you in the chain of title.
