Titleless Boat

If a titleless boat is on your property and no on claims it for many years, then does it become yours?

There is no black and white answer. You do have possession and depending on how it came to be on your property you may have a claim for reasonable charges against the owner. I guess I will need to have more facts to fully answer the question.
