Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

Is it still Sexual Harrassment if you are not loner an employee?

I was an office manager for a physician for two years. From the beginning he pursued me but I made it clear that I was not interested. He began text messaging me telling me he wanted to be with me and that he was in love with me. When confronted he would laugh it off. He would try to touch me, grab my arm and try to keep me from leaving, block the doorway so I couldnt get out, or hold me in a chair so he could try to hug me or kiss me.I would tell him to stop but he just laughed about it! He once came to my house drunk and tried to come into my room while I was sleeping but my roommate stopped him! He then began text messaging me and calling me names. Everytime he would do something wrong he would give me a raise or a large bonus so It would be harder for me to quit my job. Finally in June I quit after he cussed me out and thru a box at me during an employee meeting. After leaving I changed my phone number. He recently got my number and started text messaging me again. Claiming that he loves me and that he wants to be with me. I have told him to leave me alone but he will not stop. How do I make him go away?? Is he still sexually harrassing me even though I dont work for him anymore??
