my son recieved notice from texas dps that his license was going to be suspended fro three months due to too many tickets. Is it worth having a hearing? He already paid all the tickets . He did what he got the tickets for . What will happen if he is caught driving with a suspended license,

If he gets caught driving with a suspended license, he will be arrested and prosecuted (as a criminal case) and his license will be further suspended.
