Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

i bought a house i put my name and my exs on the deed.i moved out and wrote up a contract stating he would pay me rent for 3 monthes then buy my half from me. he has not paid me any thing and is still living in the house.he has not paid property tax or anything on the house also.what can i do to get him out of the house and just my name on the deed??

The problem is that the bank won't care if you guys broke up. If you can't get the ex to voluntarily move out, then a common tactic is to file suit in district court for a partition. You can force the sale of the house and split the proceeds (if any).
