A divorced woman, divorced in Texas, passes away 3 years after divorce. She has no children or siblings and no will. Does the ex husband have any claim to former marital property or do the parents get it?

In most cases, the ex-spouse has no claims. There are some exceptions, and if one applied here, it would be in the divorce decree.
