Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My father passed away recently he left a will everything goes to my mother. He had a bank account at a credit union, the day after he passed away his brother took out all his money out of the account. My question is can a bank signature card over rule a will.

It depends. If your brother was on the account as a Joint Tenant With Right of Survivorship (JTWROS) then the funds in the account became his upon your father's death. On the other hand, if was on the account simply as an additional signer, then the money belongs to your mother, not to your brother.
