Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Home Ownership

I bought a house 26 yrs. ago as a single person, my name was (and still is ) the only name on the loan. I still owe about 4 yrs. on the house. I remarried two years ago, but have not refinanced the house, in order to get my wife's name on the loan. If I make a will, leaving her the house and I die BEFORE the loan is paid off, can I still leave HER the house so that she can continue the payments and keep the house, until it's paid for??
