Power of attorney

If I`am the agent on a power of attorney & the person I`am agent for has died I`am I held responsible of the medical

bill after his money has been used up?

1. You are not responsible for the decedent's medical bills, unless you specifically promised to take care of them personally. If you were merely acting as his agent under the power of attorney, you are not responsible.

2. The power of attorney ended with his death.
