received paper work from decker energy investment lp, its a contract saying they want to drill for oil on my property and pay me royalties. I want a lawyer to look it over to make sure im not signing my life away. what attorney in dallas tx can I go to as I have very little cash money to pay for a consultation fee

You definitely need an oil and gas attorney. You don't have to confine yourself to the Dallas area. There are lots of good oil and gas attorneys in Texas. I would not worry about money too much, sometimes attorneys will agree to take their money out of the bonus consideration paid for the lease depending on the size of the transaction.
