Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Rights of a beneficiary of a Trust

are the beneficiaries of a trust allowed to see income tax records filed on the trust? are beneficiaries allowed to see records of bank statements and know what and how much checks have been written out of a cash account? are they allowed to know dates when cd's were cashed out & copies of the withdrawals? are beneficiaries allowed to know what investments the trustee has made during the length of time he has been trustee of the trust and be able to see the quarterly returns from those investment?
